Built on a social networking framework, INSITE provides access to comprehensive support documents and instant online access to support staff. INSITE also includes forums and user groups where IBG clients can interact with each other and discuss marketing and technical issues surrounding the REthink Engine™, direct wine sales and wine marketing in general. INSITE leverages the knowledge our team has gathered over the years by working with our clients, and provides a forum in which those clients can interact with one another to share their best practices.
