- Quality assurance is performed during the receiving process to ensure bottles and labels are intact and ready to ship.
- Orders are validated prior to processing with data checks for items such as:
- Duplicate order numbers
- Address verification
- Proper SKU setup
- Available inventory
- Dry zip codes
- State and consumer quantity limits
- Proper label registration and price posting for 3-Tier orders
- Weather holds
- We provide custom packing slips complete with your branding and marketing message for daily orders. (Customer provided collateral inserts are used in lieu of packing slips for wine club orders).
- A branded consumer email with tracking information is generated at the time an order leaves the fulfillment center.
- Call tags can be accommodated via a phone call to your account manager.
- Damaged shipments claim management and reporting are available.
- Re-routing of orders and in-route address corrections are available upon request.
- Returns management for direct states: quality assurance is performed and orders are returned to stock or reshipped at your request.
Management of Order Holds
- A weather management tool is available online for maximum flexibility, allowing you to manage weather holds for a single order, single state, or multiple states.
- A "do not ship before date" field is available for placing orders on temporary hold.
- In the event of insufficient inventory, orders are placed on hold until inventory is received, with the ability to split orders where partial inventory is available.
